Turnaround depends on print type and order volume. Standard digital print jobs are ready in 2 – 5 business days. Offset and label runs typically require 5 – 10 business days. Publishing projects are scoped individually. Rush orders are available — let us know your deadline and we will advise what is achievable.

Yes. Our in-house pre-press team can prepare print-ready artwork from supplied assets, or develop layouts from a brief. Pre-press work is quoted separately and managed as part of the print job — one brief, one point of contact.

We accept PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, and high-resolution PSD or TIFF files. Files should be in CMYK colour mode at 300 DPI minimum. Our team will review and flag any issues before production begins.
